Khloe Kardashian’s Engagement Ring
While everyone is still salivating over Kim Kardashian’s stunning 20-carat engagement ring, there’s still one person who remains unimpressed: Kim’s sister, Khloe.
“Oh, it’s fake. You can suck on it, like a lollipop,” Khloe joked with PopEater’s Rob Shuter, according to OK! Magazine. “Kim’s ring is from Nordstrom’s… $7.99 … But no one knows if it’s really real or fake these days, so why do we care?”
Khloe’s engagement ring might not be as large as Kim’s, but it’s still a gorgeous ring. Husband Lamar Odom proposed to Khloe with a 9-karat, radiant cut sparkler, complete with a matching pave band. Check out more info about her ring below:

“Kids React to…” is a weekly YouTube series that show children from ages 6 to 14 reacting to various buzz topics like Lady Gaga or Harry Potter. This week the kids are shown this popular viral proposal video. The kids offer surprisingly insightful and hilarious observations on marriage, proposal ideas and the ridiculousness of over-the-top proposals. Sharp kids!
QR Code Marriage Proposal
Everyone’s familiar with QR Codes aka those black bar code things you see on print advertisements that can be “read” by snapping its photo with a cell phone. Most people don’t think much of them, but one guy decided to take QR codes to the next level and use them in an elaborate marriage proposal.
Jerry Harrison wanted his proposal to girlfriend Angie to be special, so he created a custom QR Code using a QR generator and then printed the code on romantic heart stickers. He then placed the stickers along a river walk area near his home. After he lured Angie to the river walk he then pointed out the QR stickers to her. Once she scanned the code with her phone the video below popped up.
“She teared up within the first three seconds,” Jerry told 2d code. “SHE SAID YES!!” Watch the touching proposal video below:
Molly Sims Engagement Ring
Molly Sims happily flashed her new engagement ring at the Chrysalis Butterfly Ball in Los Angeles on June 11. The model/actress was proposed to by her boyfriend, film producer Scott Stuber. The gorgeous cushion cut ring is by Diane von Furstenberg.
“[He picked out the ring] all by himself,” Sims told Us Weekly. “One of my girlfriends [is] one of the heads of DVF; they have been working on it for several months.”

It’s official. Brides-to-be are currently having a love affair with color. As we already mentioned, this week we noticed a surge this week in sapphires, pink gold and other colored gemstones. Basically what’s happening is that brides are taking rings that are normally considered fashion rings and are wearing them as bridal. So instead of your typical classic pieces, brides are sporting daring and exciting designs in various colors and exotic metals. Below we quickly whipped up our five favorite:
