Love Games for Couples

couples-gamesYesterday we talked about cheap activities you and your partner can do together. But while a romantic night at home while dressed in your favorite outfit sounds sweet and romantic enough, some couples still might need an extra push — an activity to get them having fun. A great way to promote communication and have a little fun is through games, particularly games targeted at just couples. Below are three suggestions on different types of games to alleviate boredom and promote some healthy fun in a relationship:

Love Pong
Depending on how dirty your mind is, this game might sound absolutely frightening. But alas, LovePong is actually an online game targeted toward couples in shaky relationships. The point of the game is to ignite communication between couples and earn points by completing easy communication tasks. (The name comes from “pinging” and “ponging” emails back and forth.) This game might be best for couples in long-distance relationships.

The Classics
Twister, Truth or Dare or Scrabble are all classic games guaranteed to add that perfect amount of fun on a boring Sunday afternoon. These games can obviously be adjusted to be more “adult” in nature, but to be honest, Twister and Truth or Dare have always been kind of dirty.

LifeStories Game
This one can also include the whole family. The point of the game is to get to know your partner by asking questions you would never think to ask. By the end of the game, you will know more about each other than you would think (and hopefully that will be a good thing).
