My new favorite site at the moment is Cake Wrecks, a blog devoted to disastrous cakes of all kinds (wedding, birthday, graduation…) with some hilarious commentary on the side. They recently featured some truly awful engagement cakes that would make anyone cringe. Here were some of my favorites:

I can’t decide which cake is the worst! I think I will vote for the severed hand cake. Yikes! Nothing says love like a body part slapped on a cake.

These were so funny. I don’t think we had a cake at our engagement party, but if we did I’m not sure if I would have been more disturbed by the severed hand or the spelling problems.
