Tattoo artist Joe Wittenburg surprised his girlfriend on Mother’s Day with a marriage proposal. But instead of asking his girlfriend “Would you marry me?,” he decided to let his tattoos do the talking. He got down on one knee, rolled up his shorts to reveal “Rachel, will you marry me?” tattooed on his leg. Needless to say, but the happy bride-to-be was ecstatic and said yes. Watch the video.
