The Proposal

Oliver tricked her girlfriend Chrissy to carry her engagement ring for months without her knowing!

” I tricked Chrissy by using a new car purchase to get her to unknowingly carry around the engagement ring on her key chain for months! When it came time for her birthday, I threw a surprise party that turned out to be a surprise engagement party. I made a video that interrupted the event, and layer out the surprise of a lifetime.” says Oliver.

He always wanted to spend a significant amount of his creative energy on Chrissy. “When I decided how I wanted to propose, and knew I was going to hide the ring, I started thinking about what a video would need to look like that captured it. I had so much fun making the “Breaking News” video because I kept thinking about how caught off guard she was going to be.”

And keeping the entire operation a secret wasn’t easy! “Due to the scariness that comes with keeping a ring on your forgetful Girlfriends keychain, also comes the excitement of what’s to come. There were so many times when she’d throw her keys around, having NO CLUE what was hiding, and I’m thinking about our future together the entire time.”
