Answer:
Drunk proposals cannot be taken seriously. Just think of all the times you (or maybe someone you know) have been proposed to by drunk strangers while out on the town. It happens all the time. I guess no one has sat down and told guys that girls don’t like this. However, this doesn’t mean you should rule the proposal out entirely. This could be the beginning of you and him discussing your future together…after the hangover, of course.
