San Antonio Country Music Proposal

How They Met

Cynni had a thing against musicians.  A Grammy nominated accordionist and former member of the cumbia/vallenato Latin girl band Chicas de Canela based out of Corpus Christi, Cynni had experienced nothing but heartache dating other musicians.  Joe had to work hard to get her attention when they met at Premios A La Musica Latina in San Antonio – she didn’t think she could take him seriously.  Joe is the drummer for the Grammy award winning Tejano Band La Mafia, drum instructor, DJ, and substitute teacher.   He friended Cynni on Facebook, and they ran into each other again at the Tejano Awards in San Antonio.  Cynni’s friend said, “Do you know him?  He’s making eyes at you- and not just Facebook eyes!”
