We all imagine how we’re going to react to “the question,” but we’re not always truly prepared when it happens. These reactions, by far, are my favorites from 2015.

1. The “Is This For Real?”

Lisa was truly not expecting this proposal. I love how she keeps asking over and over again if it’s happening, and how big her eyes get. It sinks in when she starts to cry, I think.

2. The crazy family.

Sister snapping at her mother. Mother face-plants in the sand. Everyone’s about to miss the big moment because they’re all worried about the mom. Classic.

3. The ‘pull-over’.

He’s trying to propose and she’s just crying and laughing at the same time because she knew something was up. They got pulled over in the same spot, on the way to the same restaurant, in the same manner as it happened on their first date. She’s getting so excited that he even tells her to ‘settle down’ while he’s trying to get out his prepared speech.
