“Time to Make Another Memory”

Morgan & Micah

“Every time I look down at my hand and I see this shiny ring, it makes me realize just how blessed I am.”

How They Met

Micah and I met junior year in high school and instantly became best friends. We were best friends for about four years before we decided to start dating. Best decision of my life.

The Proposal

It was the day of our two year anniversary, and everyone thought he was going to propose, but I didn’t. I got all dressed up to celebrate two years with my boyfriend, but little did I know it would be the best day of my life. Micah picked me up, and we headed to the Dallas Arboretum. We made a few pit stops because Micah kept having to “use the restroom”. Come to find out, he was just burning time, so everything could get set up. I couldn’t figure out why he couldn’t just wait until we got there, but I kept going with the flow. We finally pulled up to the Dallas Arboretum and started checking out all the flowers.

After we walked around for about an hour I told myself nothing was happening and this was just another date. To my surprise we walked up to a beautiful set up of flowers and pictures, set up in chronological order, from when we met until now. My heart immediately dropped and all I could say to myself was, “is this really happening?!” After reminiscing through all the memories in the pictures, I came to the last frame. It was covered. I hesitated to uncover it because I was so nervous. Once I did, the picture read “Time to make another memory.” Tears instantly ran down my face and when I turned around Micah was on his knee asking me to marry him. I couldn’t tell you what he said because I couldn’t believe that was happening, but I can tell you what I said, “YES!” But the surprises weren’t over. I have always wanted a secret photographer to capture that moment when it did happen, and out of the bushes comes Tyler with Tyler Tyndell Photography. Apparently Micah did his homework to make sure everything about that day was special, and it was. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day and a better person to share the rest of my life with!
