Michael Bogosian, aka Michael B., was born in 1950 in Istanbul, Turkey, former capital of the Byzantine and Ottoman Empires. At age 10, Michael began designing and handcrafting exquisite jewelry, and at 16, he brought his craft to California in pursuit of the American dream.

Winner of countless design awards, Michael B. solidly emerged as the world’s preeminent platinum and diamond bridal designer. Michael B. was first to implement Micro Pavé, an intricately painstaking yet elegant method of setting ultra-miniature diamonds to lend a more delicate ambiance to the center stone than had ever been achieved.

When he introduced the Trois Collection, Michael B. set another trend by incorporating a matching band on each side of the center engagement ring to create perfect symmetry and balance. The look became so popular that all engagement rings from the Michael B. bridal line can now be fitted with a wedding band on each side.

Michael B. was first to focus not just on the outside of the ring but on the inside as well. He eliminated unsightly holes inside the ring, resulting in a look that is smooth, solid and unmistakably Michael B.
