A valedictorian at a New Jersey university surprised everyone when she called her boyfriend on stage after giving her speech and proposed to him! According to The Associated Press, the soon-to-be bride didn’t get on one knee, nor did she have an engagement ring. She explained to The Daily Record that the marriage proposal was “untraditional enough.”

I like this story! I don’t think she need a ring. I think an engagement ring would have embarrassed him. I mean the fact that she dragged him up on stage and popped the question was probably enough!
