Cool weather is in the air (er, almost). So maybe it’s a good time to list some fall activities that can be extra fun (and photogenic) for your proposal!

1. Apple Picking. Nothing says fall like apple pie, apple muffins, apple donuts, apple cider, caramel apples… I think you get my point. Before making those tasty treats, go apple picking in an orchard near you. It will make the pie extra sweet when she gets to tell people, “This is made from the apples we picked when he proposed!”

2. Take Me to the Fair. Now is the time when the fair is coming to town for many people. Take her on the ferris wheel, or to taste-test some foods, or even to the petting zoo– whichever is her favorite, propose there and make sure you have a camera (or hidden photographer) set up for the moment!

3. See the Leaves. Whether you go on a brisk walk/hike or just drive around to see the leaves changing, it’s a beautiful way to appreciate the fall season and creates a perfect backdrop for pictures.

4. Pumpkin Patch. Much like apple picking, this creates an adorable place for the big moment. Put the ring on a pumpkin (that you have your eye on at all times), or enlist some help for the pumpkins to spell out your question. However you do it, this will be perfect for a fall proposal!
