Summer Movie Proposal

When Michael decided to propose to Christine, he knew two things:

1. He wanted to involve their friends.

2. He wanted to make it a “summer blockbuster” deal.

So he and his friend got together and made a trailer to play at their local movie theatre. It was a bit all over the place, and involved a lot of things blowing up, someone in clown-paint, and Michael running around with a voice-alternator and hoodie. Just as Christine leaned over to ask Michael, “What the [bleep] is this?” it came to the part where he revealed himself in the trailer. Talk about a way to share the store with people!

When he gets down on one knee in the theater, he then reveals the friends that are there as well! I love when couples get to share their special moment with friends (and us, of course). It just makes it ten times better!

My favorite part of this is that the movie trailer he made isn’t some romance-themed trailer, or spy-theme, or anything really obvious. In fact, she had no idea what was going on until the very end when Michael addresses her and the movie theatre! I’m not going to lie, the clown make-up would creep me out if I was her…but, you do what you gotta do!
