Hector wanted to propose to his longtime girlfriend Paige in a way she wouldn’t forget. So, with the help of about 300 other motorcyclists, Hector did just that… and completely shut down the freeway for a few minutes in Covina, CA.

As the video starts, you see a few people stopped and waiting ahead of the massive biker pack. All of a sudden, you see the bikers slowing to a crawl underneath an overpass where the couple’s family members had gathered to film the proposal. Hector’s wheel begins to emit a cloud of pink smoke, and then he gets off his motorcycle to pop the question.

You can’t see Paige’s reaction very well, but she said yes! Can you imagine driving on the freeway that day? While I’d be happy for the lovebirds, I’m not sure I’d be super thrilled to be held up in traffic because of the proposal. I can’t imagine the highway patrol was very happy, either. Couldn’t this have had potential accidents?

As far as I know, no one was hurt during this proposal.
