Anyone who lives in Brooklyn can tell you that Labor Day is crazy around there, especially if you live close to Eastern Parkway, which hosts the annual West-Indian Day Parade every Labor Day. But amidst all the chaos, the confusion and the feathers, I happened to notice a skywriting in…well, the sky. I squinted my eyes to read the message, but couldn’t decipher it. At first I thought it was written in another language, and then I started to believe it was something about car insurance. Unfortunately I didn’t have my camera on me or I would have taken a picture of it.
Anyway, today I stumbled on this blog post that has a much clearer picture of the sky writing. It turns out that blurry message I couldn’t decipher and thought was an ad for car insurance was actually a marriage proposal. Cute, yeah? Let’s hope “Alina” was able to get the message.

Hi, I saw this link and wanted to share that this was my client who booked this skywriting with me.

Is there any chance you can credit me for this in your article. The client did say yes and they were so excited and celebrated afterwards on a boat with friends and champagne.
Thank you for your time,
