A reporter got a surprise when her boyfriend decided to pop the question to her live on air. Leticia Juarez and Mark Annas both met at work while Leticia was on an assignment, so I guess it made sense for Mark to propose at the place where their love blossomed.
After the marriage proposal, Leticia exclaimed, “I thought you would never ask!”
