A guy proposed to his girlfriend at the  Buckingham Fountain in Chicago by having the entire crowd literally “freeze” in place, simulating a stop in time as he takes a moment to drop to one knee and propose. After his girlfriend excitedly says yes, the crowd then resumes movement by clapping and cheering for the couple. This guy must have a lot of friends to pull this off. Check out the video below:
