Former late night talk show host Conan O’Brien made a Michigan woman famous by randomly following her on Twitter two weeks ago.

Since then, Sarah Killen now has 20,000 followers and has morphed into an internet celebrity. Luckily for Killen, who is planning a wedding for September 25, her new fame has helped her get tons of freebies and special treats for her wedding.

“We didn’t know if we would be able to afford [the wedding],” Killen told PopEater. “Now I’m getting custom made shoes and a dress from Kelima in New York. We’re getting a limo, Classic Creations is giving us wedding bands and there’s a vineyard in California sending us wine. We’ve got it all covered now.”

Killen has been nothing but gracious to her new found fame, and she has even used the attention to increase donations for her breast cancer foundation.

Killen and her fiance will wed September 25 in Michigan.
