During my daily celebrity gossip search, I stumbled across some fun news. Yesterday, Alyssa Milano‘s rep announced that Alyssa is engaged to David Bugliari who she has been dating for over a year! He proposed to her  December 18 with a ring he designed himself. The rock was made by Jim Lavi at Daniel Jewelery in La Jolla California.
